Heart Conditions of Wild turtles in temperature ranges

A lot of times we wonder, how do turtles and tortoises that are in cold to warm climates fare with health. A team of scientist studied some turtles in the wild. They found the conditions of the heart under certain temperatures can show signs of Normoxia and anoxia at 5 ˚C and 15 ˚C. Great read. Very scientific, but none the less a great scientific article on detailed research.
